What career can I expect as an acupuncturist and how much will I earn?

A career in acupuncture is varied, rewarding, and flexible. Our graduates work in diverse settings, such as their own clinics, group or GP practices, from home, or offering mobile services. Many collaborate with hospitals, NHS clinics, or hospices, while others join or establish multi-bed clinics to provide affordable care. With commitment, graduates often build busy practices within 6–12 months and establish steady practices within 1–2 years. Over time, word-of-mouth referrals sustain most practices. A full-time acupuncturist can earn over £40,000 per annum.
