Study acupuncture with The Northern College of Acupuncture (NCA) from London and the South
NCA provides an independent, autonomous, boutique study experience. In 2025, 92% of NCA graduates joined the world-wide NCA family with a 1st or 2:1 BSc honours degree in acupuncture and entered professional acupuncture healthcare practice at the highest level.
Join us in the heart of the capital for an informative and welcoming session where you can explore what it’s really like to train as an acupuncturist with the NCA.
Thursday 30th July, 12pm–3pm in Bermondsey - easily accessible by tube or train.
This is your chance to:
- Hear about the NCA London teaching clinic – where you can experience your compulsory clinical teaching (400 hours or 45 days minimum)
- Learn more about Traditional Complimentary and Integrative Medicine, and the foundational systems used for acupuncture techniques

Full day in-College introductory events

We cordially invite you to join us on our full day introductory events, held here at the NCA. On these friendly and informative events you will gain a comprehensive overview of our BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture. You will hear all about what to expect studying acupuncture at the NCA, and you will see a demonstration of acupuncture. Current students from different year groups join us to answer your questions about what it's really like to be an acupuncture student at the NCA. We also have graduates joining us to talk about working as fully qualified acupuncturists. You will also hear about the evidence for acupuncture and all the latest research. A delicious lunch is provided and a chance to mingle with each other, staff and students. You are welcome to bring a guest.

These short online sessions, lasting about an hour and a half, are a great introduction to studying on our BSc in Acupuncture. You'll hear a short presentation about what to expect studying acupuncture at the NCA, and you will hear from an NCA graduate in practice and find out what it’s like to work as a fully qualified acupuncturist. You will also be able to find out from some of our current students about what it’s like to be an acupuncture student at the NCA. We use the video conference platform Zoom.
