Withdrawal From A Course

If you are thinking of leaving your course before it is completed, you are strongly advised to seek support and guidance from Student Services, your Course Director or the Principal. They will be able to explore the possible options with you (which you may not have been aware of or have considered before).

If you do decide to leave, we will ask you to formally verify your intention to leave the course in writing, using the Student Notification of Withdrawal from NCA Programme of Study available on your course VLE.

Please note that course fees will be owed up the date of receipt of this form (or of a previously submitted suspension of studies form).

Access to course materials will be withdrawn once your withdrawal is processed and we inform the validating university and Student Finance (if applicable).

Any fees or other monies owed to the College should be paid at the point of withdrawal. Please contact the Finance Manager regarding your balance.
