Acupuncture Course Introductory Events

Introductory events and Q&A sessions for studying acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine or nutritional therapyBSc in Acupuncture

Full day introductory events

Our full day introductory events are friendly and informal, a reflection of how we teach and the ethos of our College. During the day you will look around the College, meet key members of our team and find out about the courses from our Course Director Lara McClure. You will also see a demonstration of acupuncture, take part in a "question and answer session" with our current students and hear from our graduates who are already in practice. Lunch is provided and this is a further opportunity for everyone to mingle and get to know one another.

Online presentation and Q&A evening events

On these online evening sessions, lasting about an hour and a half, you can meet us and have your questions answered without leaving your own home! Our Course Director Lara McClure will tell you all about what to expect studying acupuncture at the NCA, and you will hear from an NCA graduate in practice and find out what it’s like to work as a fully qualified acupuncturist. You will also be able to talk to current students about being a student at the NCA, and connect with people who have joined the meeting who are also interested in studying acupuncture. We use the video conference platform “skype for business”.

Informal visits

It is also possible to arrange a short informal visit to look round the College and have your questions answered at a mutually convenient time, please get in touch with our Marketing Manager Denise Magson at or call +44(0)1904 343309.
